The registration fee includes the conference catering (coffee breaks and lunch), the welcome reception (11 September 2024) and the conference dinner (12 September 2024).

An excursion to the city centre of Villingen is offered on Friday afternoon (13 September 2024). The bus transfer (there and back) and a guided city tour will be organized. An extra charge of 15€ is payable.

The registration for the BMS24 symposium requires some personal data of the participant. This information will be stored and used for the BMS24 symposium exclusively. Personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the organisation of the BMS24 but it will not be distributed or sold to other parties for any other purposes. Upon request, the organisers of BMS24 will disclose all personal data which is stored about the corresponding participant. If desired, including information where the data was collected, to whom it was disclosed and for which purpose it has been stored. By accepting the data privacy agreement, the participant also confirms to have carefully read the data protection information of the BMS24/HFU website.

Photos of the participants may be taken during the BMS24 symposium for documentation purposes. These photos will only be published associated with the BMS24 symposium (e.g., symposium website and University/Institute website).
